Overview
NIH BYOB is an informal, community-led talk series that meets once a month for
presentations and discussions relating to topics of interest among the NIH
bioinformatics community.
Rather than focusing on research itself, the meetings are focused more on the practical side of doing bioinformatics work.
In addition to providing an opportunity for people to share ideas and learn from one another, an overarching goal of the series is to help connect researchers working on or interested in various problems relating to bioinformatics, genomics, and computational biology with one another.
The meeting it open to all, regardless of experience! Presentation materials for previous talks can be found at our Github repo.
